• The App allows users to create personal diary entries using text, audio, photos, and videos.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws.

2. Data Storage and Backup

• All entries are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your diary content on our servers.
• Users may choose to back up their data to Google Drive. Backups include database data (entries and days) and media files (photos, audio, and videos) referenced in entries.
• The App only accesses its own folder in Google Drive and cannot access or modify any other files.
• Users are responsible for managing their own data and backups.

3. Analytics

• The App collects anonymous usage analytics to help improve performance and user experience.
• No personal or diary content is collected.

4. Advertisements

• The App displays advertisements to support development.
• Third-party ad networks may collect data for personalized or non-personalized advertising.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be free of bugs or errors.
• We are not responsible for data loss, damages, or issues arising from use of the App, including issues with Google Drive or third-party services.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
